Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Tradiow (the “Service”), provided by Tradiow (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Tradiow is a software tool that connects to your trading account at a third-party broker (via cTrader Open API) and executes trades according to the rules and parameters you configure. Tradiow is not a broker, does not hold your funds, and does not provide investment advice.

2. Risks

Trading forex and CFDs is inherently risky. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Tradiow does not guarantee any specific result. Past performance, whether backtested or live, is not indicative of future results. By using the Service you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activity on your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to trade financial instruments.

4. Broker connection

Connection to your broker happens via OAuth 2.0. We never see your broker password. We store revocable access tokens encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any broker account at any time.

5. Subscription & payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradiow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of trading capital, lost profits, or data loss.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal, security or operational risk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
